The gallery is currently staffed by the Artistic Director and a dedicated team of volunteers. Volunteers are responsible for providing a warm welcome, visitor assistance, and working on gallery operations including installing exhibitions. The Trust has run the Gibberd Gallery since 2011 after taking it over from Harlow Council. Our Trustees have a wide range of professional experience and interest in the management, curating and production of the visual arts and all demonstrate on-going commitment to Harlow.
