The gallery is currently staffed by the Artistic Director and a dedicated team of volunteers. Volunteers are responsible for providing a warm welcome, visitor assistance, and working on gallery operations including installing exhibitions. The Trust has run the Gibberd Gallery since 2011 after taking it over from Harlow Council.
